Sauna and Cold Plunge at Overland Wellness
Overland Wellness will be hosting the Heat Praxia mobile sauna and cold plunge. This will be an opportunity to experience the sauna and cold plunge, or just come relax, unwind and socialize after work.
Patients can bring friends, colleagues or adult family members to share a sauna and cold plunge session. Don’t forget your swimsuit, sandals and a towel!
Overland Wellness custom tea blends, light refreshment including Kerr Microgreens and electrolyte water will be provided.
